Today's card is another featuring my Layout of the Month (LOTM) and our newest Paper Pumpkin kit. This kit didn't have big pieces of DSP to use for the layout so I chose to feature stamped images and the three different ways you can stamp the leaves instead.
- Stamp the veins and/or the background on the front of the Soft Succulent leaf diecut.
- Stamp the veins and leaves on the Basic White side of the leaf diecut.
- Use the die cut sheet as a stencil to stamp the leaf and background and then cut it out leaving a slight border.
I used the Timeworn Type 3D embossing folder on the Basic White pieces to add a little detail without distracting from the rest of the elements. I had a piece of a cut up pumpkin left over so I ran it through my Cut and Emboss Machine with the Stitched So Sweetly dies and the smallest scalloped rectangle. One of the labels included in the kit fits perfectly in the stitched area. I also added a small piece of Crumb Cake twine from our Baker's Twine Essential Pack to finish off the leaf cluster.
