Layout of the Month - January 2022 - Card #2

It's Monday and I'm back to share another set of samples feature January's Layout of the Month.  You can see all the measurements and directions for this month's layout HERE.

For this week's cards, I used the Flowering Tulips Bundle (#157678, $52.00) and the Flowering Fields 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper (#157670, $11.50).  These tulips are fun but take a bit to figure out.  I'll be making a video this week to show how.  I love this DSP because the solid sides have a few different colors so you can get the three different patterns using only one piece of DSP.

Supplies:

• Cardstock: Fresh Freesia, Basic White, Highland Heather, Flowering Fields DSP
• Ink: Fresh Freesia, Rich Razzleberry, Evening Evergreen
• Stamp Set: Flowering Tulips
• Tools & More: Cut & Emboss Machine, Tulip Dies, Scissors, Dimensionals, and Adhesive

Another tip I noticed with the Two-Step Stamps in this set.  If you mark the stamp you want to do first in a lighter color with one Sharpie dot and the other with two Sharpie dots, you will be able to tell which one to stamp in light and dark. The flowers in the card on the right are flipped to show how the lighter color second doesn't work as well.
