Thanks a Latte for being my daughter

My darling little daughter turns FIVE on Thursday and I needed to make her a quick card before we jumped in the car for her birthday roadtrip.  I love Paper Pumpkin because the kits come with so many great supplies and stamp sets.  Sometimes I forget that you can combine them with other stamps and get great creations with hardly any effort.

I recently purchased the Talented Trio stamp set because Callie is an artist and a ballerina and she loves to play in the snow.  I took the components from the July Thanks a Latte Paper Pumpkin kit and combined them with this set and with my retired Blendabilities.  The result: A wonderful card perfect for my little wonderful girl.

I really love the tiny bow in her hair, made by taking the ribbon off the clip and pulling the ends until it was the right size for her little head.  I would have stamped her on the gray and cut out the dress so it had a pattern but it was time to get everyone in the car!

You can see more great ideas with this kit on My Pumpkin Challenge.  Check out these great designers!

Paper Pumpkin keeps me creative in a pinch and there is currently a great deal if you want to join up!

Have you been considering signing up for Paper Pumpkin?  Now is the time.  For only $9.98 plus tax, you will get a kit sent to your door for the next two months that contains stamps, ink, instructions, and supplies to make great cards and projects.  The kit comes in your mailbox and is designed for beginner or experienced stampers.  I maintain a Paper Pumpkin board on Pinterest full of ideas using the stamps from the kit so you have easy access to a plethora of amazing ideas from other incredible ink artists. While we usually don't know what is in the kits, we were able to see this one at Convention.   The August kit is a great kit with both cards and boxes and a very useful set to have on hand.  To sign up, visit: https://mypaperpumpkin.com/en/?demoid=80380.

Have a craftastic day,
