A Week of Pinwheel Party - Goodie Bag

All week I'm featuring projects using the Pinwheel Party Paper Pumpkin kit.  Today's project is another featured on the front of the instructions with a small twist! 

The kit comes with 24 goodie bags and I happened to have a few Hersey Kisses left over from another project that went nicely with the red, white, and blue theme.  The kit also comes with clips and baker's twine to help embellish the pinwheel projects so I used the twine to tie off the bag though it's hidden by the pinwheel.

 As for the special part of the project, I cut a small piece off of the red paper straw and flattened it.  Then I cut a banner edge into it and wrapped it around the small clip.  I think it adds a nice little pop of cute color without a lot of effort - my favorite kind of embellishment!
