Halloween Greetings for World Cardmaking Day

It's World Cardmaking Day and I'm sharing two great projects with you today that I taught this week.  These cards were easy and utilized the scraps leftover from my big décor photo project I'll be sharing tomorrow!  I hope you all get a little time today to make a card and send it to someone that could use a happy thought.  We cannot put enough good thoughts into the world these days!

• Stamp the lines in Memento Black on the bottom of the card. 
• Layer on the strip of DSP with adhesive.
• Attach the starburst of DSP to the card with adhesive so that it hangs off the edge.  Trim.
• Stamp either Trick or Treat, Happy Halloween or one of the other sayings from Jars of Love in Pumpkin Pie ink.
• Stamp the stitched square with the bottles using Memento Black ink.
• Stamp the center potion with Pumpkin Pie.
• Attach the square to the card using dimensionals.
• Add two black rhinestones as shown.

• Color black watercolor pencil all over a 3 x 3 piece of Watercolor Paper.  Wet down with an aquapainter and set to dry. 
• Attach the banner DSP to the left side of the Very Vanilla with adhesive.
• Attach the square of DSP with the moon to the top portion of the card - overlapping the banner.
• Attach the Very Vanilla to the folded Pumpkin Pie card using adhesive.
• Punch out your watercolor cat that has dried.  Stamp the face in Archival black ink.
• If you want to make stripes on the tail, wet the tip of the watercolor pencil with the aquapainter and color the tail using the tip of the aquapainter.  Attach to the card using dimensionals.
• Stamp the Happy Halloween on the bottom in Pumpkin pie.
• Add three black rhinestones randomly to the ends of the branches.
