Celebrating Creativity - Day 19

Yesterday I posted the first kit using the Happy Times Accessory Pack that focused on good time photos.  Today I wanted to share the other half of the kit, which features Family Time.

I started with the Happy Times Accessory Pack.

I actually created this one first and the Good Times kit second with the leftovers.

Today's kit is made up of family photos.  I provided 24" of Very Vanilla thick twine, four pieces of Cajun Craze cut to 6 1/4 x 4 (2 of them), 2 1/4 x 2 1/4, and 3 x 4 (plus the leftover scraps), and tear tape since you want to use strong adhesive on anything that will be hanging for long periods of time.  The kit leverages the same clothespins as yesterday and I provided them with a handheld stapler to make their banners. Everything else is from the Happy Times Project Life Accessory kit.  Customers would provide the tear and tape, dimensionals, and adhesive.

A few closeups of my favorite pieces from the Family Time kit.

This is the first piece I designed - I figured if I couldn't do anything with the woodcut pieces, I wouldn't be able to put together the rest of the kit.  I liked the idea of using the Established idea on the house so show when our family began.  The different colored letters from the kit are used because we were married in 2003 and I needed two zeros.

I love this little banner because it let me feature my husband and his mom who is as much a member of my family as he is.  :)  The banner is made by creating banners using the washi tape and then stapling the 2 x 2 cards to it.

I cannot wait to teach this to my Sip and Stamp group that has already made their Hello Life Project kit.  I will provide the instructions for this and the Good Times kit I shared yesterday to anyone that purchases the Happy Times Accessory kit from my Web site.  Order it here.

Have a craftastic day,
Stacy
