Celebrating Creativity - Days 26 & 27

So I left you hanging yesterday on my 31 days of creativity - sorry about that!  I guess stamping is a strength but counting is not....  Convention was wonderful and once my kids let me unpack, I have some great samples to share!

Today I'll bring you TWO of my cards from my next camp.  These cards were designed originally by Ronda Wade and were make-n-takes from Creative Convention Online.  I loved the cards she designed and had to buy the stamp set after seeing the samples.  This stamp set has turned into one of my favorites - it has become my go to stamp set for sentiments.

This camp is going to be on August 22nd from 10am-12pm.  If you are interested in the class, the cost is $42 and includes five cards, the Watercolor Words stamp set, and a packet of White Accents, plus a little extra item.  If you are interested in this kit to go, the cost is $42 plus shipping.  RSVP with payment by August 4th.

This first design is my simple card.  I designed it because I wanted to teach a card using each stamp in this kit and the make-n-take covered the rest of the stamps!  It uses a black marker around the edges of a Crumb Cake notecard.  Then I inked up the Happy Birthday with the marker and stamped in the middle of the card.  I stamped the flower on a scrap of Crumb Cake and cut it out.  Then I stamped the leaf on the card and layered the flower on a dimensional.  The center of the flower is a White Accent - one of my favorite new products in the Annual catalog.

The second card was originally done in Vanilla but I wanted to change it out to use the White Accents on the butterfly.  The antennae are made using our silver metallic cord which comes off backorder on July 31st!  The card utilizes the Color Me Irresistable DSP in Mint Macaron (a 2015-2017 In Color).  The ink is Tip Top Taupe, another 2015-2017 In Color.

Come back tomorrow to see another card in the kit.
