Countdown to Christmas - Day 11

Today is one of my favorite holiday traditions - Gingerbread houses with Grammy.  Michael has never participated so we thought if we bought a Shopkins kit that it might keep his attention.  We were wrong.  He ate all the candy he could and then went sugar crazy and has had about 10 time outs since we finished.  But he did come back and smile for the final photo.

Callie has stated this is her favorite Christmas ever.  She's old enough to actually help with things like wrapping and shoveling and decorating her own room.  I love that it keeps her busy with creative and fun things!

Today's card is one we made together for Christmas.  I first saw this idea through Creative Corner in a project posted by Ronda Wade.  I loved that it was snowmen and that Callie immediately asked if she could help when she saw it on my laptop.  We decided to send these out to our family and friends where we have "old and young friends" meaning the adults are friends and so are the kiddos.

I let her punch the eyes, do the squiggle with the Wink of Stella marker, run the White through the Big Shot, and hand cut all the noses.  I tied the bows to the front and adhered the white to the card on the front and inside.  The rest she assembled.  I'm sure some of them "melted" in the mail due to the amount of adhesive on the pieces but they still looked super cute!

WHAT IS PAPER PUMPKIN?

While we have many great products on closeout, there is one program that you really should check out as well.  I only sell things I'm passionate about and this product line is definitely one of my favorites!
